Livingston County EMS shared a great reminder to look after your mental health.

And we send a big thank you to all our local first responders for being there for us.

๐Ÿ’šOctober 10th is World Mental Health Day๐Ÿ’š

Behind every uniform is a human being. On World Mental Health Day, we want to shine a light on the incredible weight our EMS providers, police officers, fire fighters, and dispatchers carry every single day. Mental health awareness isn't just about the community we serve but it's also about taking care of the crews answering the calls.

๐Ÿš‘To our team: Thank you for everything you do. Remember that taking care of your mind is part of the job.

๐ŸคTo our community: Letโ€™s break the stigma together. Check on your loved ones, listen without judgment, and remember that seeking help is a sign of strength, not weakness.

๐Ÿ“žIf you need support, the 988 Lifeline is always available (call or text 988).
