The City of Hubbard’s website and Xpress Bill Pay online payment system are currently unavailable due to cybersecurity concerns involving critical PHP software vulnerabilities and increased ransomware and data breach activity affecting organizations across multiple industries.

Our service provider has taken the systems offline for maintenance to address these security concerns and help protect against potential threats.

We have contacted our provider, but there is currently no estimated time for when the website and online bill pay system will be restored.

We apologize for the inconvenience and appreciate your patience and understanding.
