๐Ÿš‘ Introducing the MedFleet Summer 2026 Refer & Earn Program! ๐Ÿš‘

At MedFleet, we believe great people know great people. Thatโ€™s why weโ€™re doing something a little different.

Instead of focusing solely on sign-on incentives, weโ€™re investing in both our new team members and the employees who help us grow.

Hereโ€™s whatโ€™s new:
๐Ÿš‘ Paramedics: Newly hired external Paramedics receive the same bonus amount as the referring employee.*
๐Ÿš‘ EMTs & EMRs: Increased referral bonus amounts.
๐Ÿš‘ PTS (Non-Medical Stretcher Transport): Referral bonuses have been added.

And if youโ€™re a Paramedic joining us without a referral? You still receive the same incentive because we value the experience and dedication you bring to our team.

Weโ€™re also continuing to invest in our people with:
โœ… A brand-new recruiting website to make applying and onboarding easier than ever
โœ… EMT and Paramedic scholarship opportunities
โœ… 10+ new trucks being added to our fleet
โœ… Advancement and cross-training opportunities that provide a broader view of EMS operations and pathways for growth
โœ… Comprehensive benefits designed to support our employees and their families
โœ… Advanced certification opportunities provided at no cost to our employees

Building an exceptional EMS team isnโ€™t just about bringing people inโ€”itโ€™s about rewarding the people who help make it happen.

๐Ÿ‡บ๐Ÿ‡ธ Honoring 25 Years of Remembrance ๐Ÿ‡บ๐Ÿ‡ธ

Today, MedFleet Ambulance had the privilege of attending and participating in the 9/11 Memorial Moment of Silence and Stair Climb at HCA Florida Trinity Hospital.

Together, participants observed a moment of silence at 8:46 a.m. and climbed 110 stories in remembrance of the lives lost and the incredible bravery and sacrifice displayed on September 11, 2001.

Twenty-five years later, we continue to honor the first responders, healthcare professionals, civilians, and all those whose lives were forever changed that day.

Thank you to HCA Florida Trinity Hospital for hosting this meaningful tribute and allowing us to be a part of it.
