MDMN is hiring a Contracted Service Specialist for the Forest Lake/Stacy MN area! Awesome opportunity for people who need a flexible schedule and/or want experience in Social Work.

Individualized Home Supports with Training (IHSWT) is a wonderful state waiver service that allows people to get independent assistance with most anything they need to help enhance their lives, through personal coaching and empowerment.

This is a Independent contractor position (1099 employee). Requirements:

-Valid Driver’s license.
-Current auto insurance.
-Reliable vehicle.
-Liability business insurance.
(Approx . $200/yr)
-Background Study clearance
-Program and 245D required training, initial and annually.
-Specific client training.

Training approx 3-4 weeks depending on client, program and staff schedules, 10-15/hrs week. 15-25hrs regular schedule available to start.

Incentives:

-10% Bonuses for meeting billable time after 60 days.
-Bonus increase at 6 Months
