Elsie Neumann stopped by with an offer we could not pass up…tag a migrating monarch butterfly! Video in the comments.

You can track our monarch’s journey at www.monarchwatch.org

Our butterfly is a wild caught male monarch, tag number AMRY823.
She said it’s best not to check until February

You might be surprised to learn that Hugoton has a vibrant early childhood community!

Group activities are a fabulous way to prepare your baby or toddler for school while making lifelong friendships and learning about the world around them...and it's a great way for caregivers to find support, meet new people, and get out of the house!

For more info on Open Gym, contact Hugoton Recreation Commission or Bobbi Ferguson
For more info on Learn & Play, contact Angelina Lee
For more info on Circle Time, contact Miss Stacey or any staff member at the Stevens County Library or join the Circle Time - Stevens County Library private group.

If you know of other local activities for birth through five year old's, please let us know and we will add them to our list!
