OUR POLICY PROHIBITS ANYTHING BEING FLUSHED EXCEPT TOILET PAPER.
THIS IS VERY IMPORTANT.
WHY?
BECAUSE PLACING ANYTHING ELSE DOWN THE DRAIN ENDS UP STUCK IN YOUR GRINDER PUMP, LOCATED INSIDE THE TANK OUTSIDE YOUR HOME. THE PUMP BURNS UP, MAKING YOUR SYSTEM INOPERABLE. THE COST OF REPLACING THAT PUMP IS 2002.50, AT A MINIMUM.
RIGHT NOW, YOU PAY 26/MONTHLY FOR SEWER SERVICE. MANY YEARS TO COVER JUST THE COST OF 1 PUMP, NOT CONSIDERING ALL THE MANY OTHER PARTS AND SERVICES IT TAKES TO OPERATE THIS SYSTEM..
PEOPLE MUST STOP DISREGARDING THIS POLICY.

NO WIPES !!
(this includes those that say flushable, they are not)
No baby wipes, adult wipes, cosmetic wipes, cleaning wipes, NO WIPES.. PERIOD
NO TAMPONS OR OTHER FEMININE HYGIENE PRODUCT

IMPORTANT-
FOR CUSTOMERS WHO ARE PAST DUE, I MEAN SERIOUSLY PAST DUE... (this does not apply to those who are a week or two behind schedule)
NOW IS THE TIME TO GET CURRENT.
TOMORROW WE WILL BE DOING DISCONNECTS FOR THOSE WHO HAVE NEGLECTED TO PAY THEIR WATER BILL.
We cannot maintain our system without colllecting payments.

Residents of Hull, we are spot flushing today, please avoid washing whites this morning!
We should be finished by around noon, and if you have discolored water after noon today,please call and report @ (936)536-3830.

And we will be following our long time schedule of flushing lines on the 3rd Thursday of each month. Mark your calendars!

We will be doing some line flushing today in Hull.
Please avoid washing whites today while we flush.
If you experience water discoloration, you can typically run your waterhose for a few minutes and it will clear up.
If not, please report issues to 936 536 3830.

Bills will be arriving late this month due to the loss of the bill printer. The technician says it was a control board failure.
We expect the replacement to arrive tomorrow.
Due to the delay, no late fees will be assessed until the 25th of August.
We apologize for any inconvenience.

Hull residents may experience fluctuating water pressure through mid day as we flush the lines.
This is expected to be brief periods of fluctuating pressure, and if you experience any discoloration just turn on a water hose outside for a few minutes and let that brown water run out. Your water should clear right up if this happens.

Good Morning! Several households have reported varying water pressure, or low pressure. We want to provide some updates, to make it make sense.
We have two things happening at once.
1. The new Hull well is being drilled, right alongside our existing well. A huge win for the community, it brings the assurance of water for the future! The process of drilling requires water, sometimes affecting water pressure temporarily, and last night, overnight, was one of those times. The crew worked overnight last night using water on the new well construction.
2. Now the other issue.. We have a repair going on to our existing 60+ yr old well. A part went out(11 30 pm on Tuesday) that is not readily available on a shelf. We are patiently waiting for that part, which should be here Friday. Until then, we may have fluctuations in pressure.
We appreciate all the kindness and words of encouragement as we work through the repair and the new well construction. !

Please share...
The lodge(formerly the masonic lodge) in Hull has been broken into the last 2 nights in a row.
We have some camera footage that has been handed over to police, and the reports have been filed. But we believe they will be back tonight, so we need your help. We are asking that everyone who lives in Hull keep your eyes on the Lodge tonight. We are going to have different ppl monitoring thru-out the night, but if you live in the area help us out !! If you see something, anything, call 911 first, then 9365363830.
Enough is enough. That building has stood for 105 years undisturbed. We will not sit idly by and let the crooks take over.
And to whomever did this.. that is now a governmental building.. so it makes the crime you committed A much higher charge. Sure do hope that footage helps to put you where you belong. Cant wait to see you on bluebonnet news.
