You might have noticed that our Hull location is busting at the seams.😆 In order to better serve you, in 2027 we are adding a second drive-thru location!! It will be located along Highway 18, West of Fareway.

We plan to move the roaster to this new location to allow for continued growth and create more space at our downtown Hull location. This location will also give us room for wholesale production, offices, and of course more storage as The Grain House continues to grow!

And don’t worry—our downtown Hull location will continue operating as usual! Whether you’re looking for a quick stop or your Grain House favorite on a busy Saturday, this second drive-thru will be a great addition and another convenient way to enjoy your favorites!!

We’re so thankful for this small business, our employees, and all of you who have supported us along the way. We’re determined to continue letting God lead us in his plans for The Grain House, and we can’t wait to see what He has in store for this next chapter.🤍

Our Fundraising Friday is kicking off tomorrow with a very special surprise!! For those of you that don't know, Coach Moser has been coaching football for the BHRV Nighthawks for several years and was recently diagnosed with ALS. Many young men have gone through that program and have been impacted by the leader he is both on and off the field!! Tomorrow, we've been given a donation that will cover the FIRST 100 DRINKS!!!

So here's the deal....doors will open at 7:30 - the tip jar will be on the counter - yep - the first 100 drinks will be gifted to the first 100 people (LIMIT ONE DRINK PER CUSTOMER)! But we want to encourage you ALL to GIVE and SHARE ALL THE JOY with us for the Moser Family!! The JOY of this community is overflowing and tomorrow is going to be pretty special!!! We will have all hands on deck and CAN'T WAIT to see you all tomorrow!!

One Quonset building located on the former Boote property, west of Fareway, will be offered for sale through a sealed bid process. The Quonset measures approximately 40 feet wide by 60 feet long and is being sold as shown in the photos.

Bids will be accepted through October 10, 2026, and must be submitted to the City Office at 1133 Maple Street. The successful bidder will be required to have the Quonset completely removed from the property by November 15, 2026.

Bids must be submitted in a sealed envelope marked “Quonset Bid – Do Not Open” and include bidder contact information and bid amount. The Quonset is sold as-is, where-is, and all removal costs, equipment, transportation, and liability will be the responsibility of the buyer. The Hull Industrial Development Corporation reserves the right to accept or reject any or all bids.

Take a look at the latest progress in Liberty Heights 3rd Addition! The streets are now paved, and the corner property markers have been placed, making it much easier to see the layout of the addition and envision where your future home could be.

What an incredible example of what our community can accomplish together! ❤️

Today, we had the privilege of presenting Bright Start Daycare & Preschool with a $2,500 donation raised through our SummerFest Tailgate Cook-Off. We are truly blessed to live in a community that shows up, gives generously, and supports causes that make a lasting impact.
