Banning Branch Library
The Banning Branch Library building originally served as the real estate office for South East Huntington Beach in 1962. In 1968, the building was donated to the city and moved to its current location on Banning Ave., opening to the public as a library in December and having an official opening on February 23, 1969. The Banning branch offers a variety of programs for both children and adults. It has many long-time patrons who have been using the branch since it opened, happily serves Eader students after school, and eagerly welcomes new patrons!
