This means that we help families be flexible and resilient. Our programs can help you establish strong social connections and give you concrete support in times of need. We recognize your strengths and understand that being a parent is part natural and part learned. We also help your children connect and relate to their world. Hilltown Family Center offers: Parent/caregiver-child playgroups; School readiness programs (Ready! for kindergarten); Family and community education and literacy development; Read and Rise; Nurturing Your Baby; Ages and Stages developmental screenings; Childbirth education; Happiest Baby on the Block classes; Newborn home visiting (including Brazleton Newborn Observations) All programs are free and open to the public. Funds for this program were provided through a grant from the Massachusetts Department of Early Education and Care’s Coordinated Family and Community Engagement Grant Program.
