Today, Marshall ROTC and WVNG honored the lives and legacies of those lost on September 11, 2001, by participating in the Marshall 9/11 Stair Challenge and the Huntington High School Remembrance Climb.
September 11th is a somber day for all Americans, but especially for our first responders and service members who understand the courage, sacrifice, and commitment required to serve others.

Yesterday, Marshall University Army ROTC had the honor of contracting Cadet (CDT) Teddy Bailey into the United States Army.

CDT Bailey took the oath of office and made a commitment to serve and defend this great nation. This is an important milestone in his journey toward becoming an Army officer, and we are proud to have him represent Marshall University and the Thundering Herd.

Congratulations, CDT Bailey! We look forward to watching you continue to grow, lead, and serve.

We Are… Marshall! 🇺🇸💚
