All payments made in the night drop which is on the employee door will be processed Tuesday morning.

We will not be responsible for payments that are placed in the enveloped box on the lobby wall or at the water office.

📢NOTICE TO MOORE ROAD CUSTOMERS AND TRAFFIC.

Tomorrow, Sept. 11, 2026
We will have our contractors continuing to complete the sewer line project caused by the road slip.

Weather permitting we are hoping to pave the road. Traffic may be stopped at times in both directions so the the concrete/black top trucks can unload and we cannot say how long.

We do apologize for any inconvenience while we have been working on this repair. Please just allow a little extra time for yourself or find another route around so you do not have to worry about getting stopped.

They couldn’t tell us a restore time so if you are wanting to make a payment please call NexBillpay at 1-855-314-2093, fees do apply.

Penalties will not go onto the accounts till about Tuesday June 23, 2026.

So, why is it important to not flush ANY kind of wipes, Grease, Feminine Products into the public sewer system. Yes, I know this states Septic- but as u can see they are pulling something out of the pump that has clogged it.

These pumps cost about $1500 A PUMP. Customers want to know why rates go up, well it’s the irresponsibility of the customer not believing us when we ask to not flush anything down the toilet other than bodily fluids.
