Riverton Intermediate School is proud to celebrate a special connection to the beloved children’s television program Reading Rainbow! One of our very own RIS students, LAUREN JONES, had the exciting opportunity to film an episode alongside Robert Hoop Gibson. Being part of a nationally recognized program that inspired generations of children to discover the joy of reading was truly a unique experience. This special memory is a wonderful reminder of the amazing opportunities that can come from learning, creativity, and a love of books.
