RVMS parents, there is a typo in regards to tomorrow's Wednesday, weight workout, and sports practices. At RVMS. I've attached the schedule for tomorrow that includes the middle school football camp as well as all of the weights and sports practice times. Sorry about the late notice and the inconvenience. Hope everyone's summer is off to a great start. Athletic opportunities start Monday, June 1 for those interested. I've attached the summer calendar again for sports practices and weight room along with Coach Casey's football camp starting next Tuesday. Activity Bus schedule attached as well. Please reach out to myself or any of the coaches if you have questions. Go Panthers!

RVMS and NHS has a variety of sports skills camps also available to a variety of ages. See attachments for more details about registration, costs, locations and times. Again, want to stress that summer camps are not required for participation in school sports, but are purely optional. They are good opportunities to improve your sports performance skills.

Updated RVMS summer weights and sports practices calendar and bus schedule. See attachments! Opportunities exist throughout the summer for sports skills instruction as well as strength training. USD 309 transportation provided to the morning workouts and also home from morning workouts. The morning workouts will be at RVMS this year.! Lunches provided also for those in attendance. Summer Sport training and weightlifting is not required but purely optional and encouraged for anyone wanting to make improvements in strength and sport performance.

Congratulations to the following school record holders in boys and girls track and field. Creek Jones: polevault, javelin, 100m hurdles and 200m hurdles. Adam King: high jump and triple jump. Olivia Bennett triple jump. Avery Franklin: javelin. Emily Cook, Avery Franklin, Grace Hass, and Trinity Thompson 4 x 100m relay.

CKL league track team results: champions are Hesston seventh grade girls, Halstead eighth grade girls, Hesston seventh grade boys, and Haven eighth grade boys. RVMS track team results are as follows: seventh grade girls sixth, eighth grade girls ninth, seventh grade boys eighth and eighth grade boys fourth.
Congratulations to Creek Jones for breaking school records in both his 100 meter and 200 m hurdles race. And congratulations to the 4 x 100 8th grade girls relay team for breaking their school record again.
