City of Hutchinson Street Department

The City of Hutchinson Street Division will be doing roadwork on Kirby Street that will require closing of the street. Work will begin Wednesday, November 2nd and is expected to be completed by Friday, November 4th weather permitting

Dondlinger Construction will begin removal and replacement of the existing pedestrian bridge located in Avenue A Park. The construction will close sidewalks in and around Avenue A Park, and will also close adjacent parking areas along Avenue A, and Washington St. when work is being done. The project is expected to be completed in about 1 month.

Jackson Street from 11th to 12th will be closed for storm line repair. Sorry for the inconvenience.

The temporary traffic lights at 20th and 23rd and Main are currently set to blink and will be removed shortly. Construction has resumed on Main Street between 23rd and 30th - drive slow and use caution.

State Fair Road is now closed until Monday September 21. Use caution and watch for pedestrians around the State Fair. There are two temporary traffic signals located on Main Street during the fair - one at 20th and Main and another one at 23rd and Main.
