We have something for everyone and hope you will come check us out! The Town of Barnstable's Council on Aging seeks to enhance the quality of life for older adults in our community through the design and implementation of needed programs and services. From outreach and advocacy as well as continued learning and wellness activities, the Barnstable Adult Community Center provides a wide array of opportunities for interaction and assistance, engaging older adults with connections in our community, and helping them maintain healthy and active lifestyles. Our friendly staff look forward to giving you a tour of the facility and providing information on our many programs and services.

Veterans, caregivers, and families are invited to a Veterans Joint Presentation at the Barnstable Adult Community Center.

Join representatives from local, state, and federal veterans organizations to learn more about the programs, services, and resources available to veterans and their families.

Our hearts were full as all four Kindergarten classes from Barnstable Community Innovation School joined an enthusiastic group at the BACC for a special patriotic sing-along. 🇺🇸🎶

The room was filled with smiles, laughter, and the joy of music as young and old came together to share this meaningful experience. These moments of connection remind us of the power of community and the special bonds that can be created across generations.

Thank you to everyone who helped make this memorable event possible. A wonderful time was had by all! ❤️🤍💙

The bereavement support group provides a positive nurturing, confidential setting to learn ways to manage and cope with loss. The group is facilitated by experienced bereavement professionals and is free of charge.
