Today was truly one for the history books! AHCS proudly celebrated America’s 250th birthday in a big way by honoring the people who serve, protect, and strengthen our communities every day.

A special thank you to the Idaho Air National Guard for making the day unforgettable with a helicopter landing that gave students the opportunity to cheer, explore, and learn firsthand about their service.

We are also incredibly grateful to the Bonneville County Sheriff’s Office, Idaho Falls Police Department, Idaho State Police, and Idaho Falls Fire Department for showing up in such a meaningful way for our students.

From SWAT officers, K9 units, motorcycle officers, paramedics, firefighters, sheriff’s deputies, and state and city police officers, our students were able to see the dedication and teamwork that go into serving our community each day.

The demonstrations and displays — including K9 demonstrations, drones, mobile command units, the BearCat, and emergency vehicles — created an experience our students will never forget.
Thank you to every individual who took time to invest in our students today. We celebrate you, appreciate your service, and are deeply grateful for all you do for our community.
