VASCU CARE AMERICA Retreat at HIGHCASTLE - November 14, 2015
Hosted by Dr. Samuel Ahn & Mrs. Mi Ahn with distinguished visiting guests spanning many disciplines. The two-day retreat featured presentations on cardiovascular health, fitness, diet and mindfulness. Throughout the weekend participants enjoyed group hikes and healthy and gorgeous vegan cuisine prepared by Chef Ian Brandt of Salt Lake City, Utah.
