Mechanic I-II NOW HIRING!
Performs a variety of journeyman level mechanical tasks. Maintains, repairs, and overhauls vehicles and a wide variety of specialty and miscellaneous equipment at District repair facilities. One position to be filled at the level of I, or II depending on experience and certifications. Excellent customer service, communication, organizational, recordkeeping, troubleshooting and diagnostic skills. Must possess a valid Driver's License. Automotive Service Excellence (ASE) certifications are preferred. Schedule includes evenings, weekends, holidays, and OT as assigned. Mechanic I rate: $35.46 - $49.66/hr DOE/DOQ; Mechanic II rate: $38.70 - $54.17/hr DOE/DOQ. Includes fantastic benefit package & recreation privileges. District application required. 🚲 Celebrating the Holman Family Bike Park & Rive Family Pump Track! 🎉 It was a wonderful day celebrating this exciting new community amenity and everyone who helped bring this project to life.

A huge thank you to The Holman Family, The Rive Family, Incline-Tahoe Foundation, Tahoe Community Foundation, and all of the many local families who generously donated and helped make this amazing community asset possible.

Thanks to American Ramp Company, Action Sports Construction , 2 Crazy Gardeners Landscaping, FW Carson Co. , and RamCraft Customs for their outstanding work in completing this project.

We’d also like to recognize and thank the IVGID Public Works Engineering Team for their hard work and coordination throughout the project.

And a special thank you to Elko James for his vision and dedication from the beginning!!!

The Holman Family Bike Park is officially OPEN! 🎉🚲
We’re excited to welcome riders back to the newly expanded and improved bike park!
A huge thank you to American Ramp company, Action Sports Construction and 2Crazy Gardeners Landscaping for their outstanding work in completing this project this summer. We also extend our sincere appreciation to the Incline Tahoe Foundation, Tahoe Community Foundation, and the many local families who generously donated and helped fund this amazing community asset.

We’d also like to recognize and thank the IVGID Public Works Engineering Team for their hard work, coordination, and dedication throughout the project.

A special thank you to Elko James for sharing all the details about the park and helping us celebrate this exciting addition to our community. We truly appreciate your enthusiasm and support!

The park is still under construction with ongoing, minor improvements to be completed. Come check out the new features, sharpen your skills, and enjoy the upgraded space.
