Last Friday, our team spent the day tending our culture. At our annual autumn retreat, we slowed down for guided reflection and grounding, talked about the difference between self-care and self-tending, and had a meaningful discussion about our organizational culture. We ended the day decorating pots to plant succulents and they're so cute! So grateful for these opportunities to build our community together.

You may have seen the announcement in our e-newsletter yesterday, but we have exciting news! Our beloved Baskets of Hope program is now our Family Connection Kit Drive.

It's the same great program with a new name that better reflects the true goal of the drive: fostering connection in the families we serve. Through simple moments of togetherness and joy, these kits help families slow down and enjoy time with one another.
