That’s a wrap on another amazing school year at IMS! 💙💛

Today was filled with awards, team activities, field day fun, and lots of smiles as we officially kicked off summer. As we close the chapter on the 2025-2026 school year, I want to extend a huge thank you to our incredible staff for their dedication, passion, and commitment to our students every single day. The impact you make goes far beyond the classroom, and I am grateful to work alongside such an outstanding team.

A special thank you also goes out to our amazing PTO for helping make today—and our entire school year—so memorable. From supporting events and celebrations to providing treats, prizes, and countless volunteer hours, your partnership means the world to our students and staff.

To our students and families, thank you for a fantastic year. Have a safe, fun, and relaxing summer. We can’t wait to see what next year brings!

The day started with a delicious breakfast provided by our amazing staff before students headed out for a day of fun and memories at Urban Air. From laughs with friends to one last adventure as a class, it was a well-deserved celebration for a fantastic group of students.

Our 7th graders had an incredible day exploring history, innovation, and American ingenuity at the Henry Ford Museum and Greenfield Village!

From stepping back in time through historic homes and landmarks to seeing groundbreaking inventions that shaped our world, students had the opportunity to bring their learning to life through hands-on experiences and exploration.

A huge thank you to our staff and chaperones for helping make this trip possible and creating memories that our students will remember for years to come. It was a great day of learning, discovery, and fun!

A huge shoutout to these amazing students who joined Mrs. Vincz at the Land Lab this week.

Together, they rolled up their sleeves and removed a large amount of garlic mustard, an invasive species that can prevent native plants from thriving. Thanks to their hard work, our native plants will have a better opportunity to grow and flourish in the area.

We are so proud of these Blue Devils for giving back to our environment and showing what it means to be good stewards of our school community. Great job, everyone

¡Olé! 👗👔🕶️ Our Spanish classes recently brought language learning to life with a fun and creative fashion show! Students showcased clothing, styles, and accessories while practicing their Spanish speaking skills and vocabulary in an engaging, hands-on way. From confidently describing outfits to modeling their creativity, students had a blast learning through real-world experiences.
