Good luck to our Indee Volleyball team!

Here's a fun fact from former coach Celeste Schank: it's been exactly 50 years since the Indees were Volleyball Conference Champions.

Celeste and her 1976 Volleyball team are pictured here from the 1977 Yearbook - available for your viewing pleasure on our website or in the library.

The first round of the Strong Bodies fitness class provided by the ADRC kicked off last week with a full class with a waiting list.

We're right on the edge of adding a second session.

If you're interested in joining, please contact the ADRC of Trempealeau County to join the list and be contacted when the next session is added.

BIG NEWS: The Independence Community Cupboard is opening this Wednesday! Our new local food pantry will be staffed 2 hours per week and available for emergencies or pick-ups only outside those hours.

Hours in October:
October 7: 11a-1p
October 14: 3:30p - 5:30p
October 21: 11a - 1p
October 28: 3:30p-5:30p

Please be patient with library and food pantry staff as we learn how to best serve the community with these services.

The first time you come, you'll fill out a registration form. From there, we'll have a list of what's available in the pantry for you to make your selections. If you can't come during the staffed hours, fill out the form ahead of the staffed time and the food pantry volunteers can get it ready for you to pick up at another time.

Stay tuned for more news!
