I was grateful to attend the Jewish Federation Public Officials Reception in Beachwood this morning. I appreciate the work of the Federation and their continued efforts to counter antisemitism and all forms of hate in our community.

In the spirit of democratic values, I continue to stand with SEIU District 1199 in calling on Bellefaire JCB and the Mandel Jewish Community Center to restore recognition of the union at each workplace.

Together, we can stand up to hate, strengthen workers’ voices, make Northeast Ohio more equitable, and champion the dignity, respect, and opportunity that every member of our community deserves.

Lucas and I enjoyed a wonderful event in Brecksville this afternoon with our next Governor, Dr. Amy Acton, and Lieutenant Governor, David Pepper! 2026 is the year we come together to build an Ohio that works for all of us—and this means supporting our Democratic candidates up and down the ballot.

Always great to see fellow candidates Brian Poindexter for Congress, Coy for Ohio, and Annette Blackwell For Auditor! 💙

On this Memorial Day, we honor and remember the brave men and women who gave their lives in service to our country. Their courage, sacrifice, and dedication will never be forgotten. Wishing everyone a meaningful day of remembrance and gratitude.

Great catching up with State Representative Darnell Brewer to discuss our shared priorities for the Statehouse and how we can move Ohio forward as we gear up for the General Election. Looking forward to serving alongside him and learning from his leadership in Columbus! 💪

REI built its brand on community, fairness, and shared values. But behind the scenes, workers are facing union busting, wage cuts, weakened healthcare access, and unwarranted intimidation for union activity.

I am proud to stand with REI Union workers in boycotting REI, and left today’s rally at REI’s Pinecrest location inspired and energized. I endorse this boycott, which lasts through May 25.

As a union organizer and candidate for State Representative, I believe corporations must be held accountable when they profit off workers while undermining their rights. Solidarity means showing up, speaking out, and standing together.

Primary season may be over, but the work continues! 💪

If you have one of our yard signs, please don’t discard it — store it safely in your garage or basement so we can bring them back out strong ahead of November’s General Election.

Last night, our community chose a path forward—and I’m incredibly honored to be the Democratic nominee for State Representative in House District 19.

This is a big milestone, but it also serves as a reminder that our work continues. As we turn towards November, there are more doors to knock, more neighbors to meet, and more folks to bring into this grassroots campaign.
