Beach Survey Notice

Manson Construction will begin its pre-construction beach survey on Wednesday, October 21.

During this time, residents and beachgoers may see 4-wheelers and other survey vehicles operating on the beach. Please be aware of their presence and use caution when in the area.

Community Unity Night Out is almost here! Join us Sunday, October 18th, from 2–6 PM for an afternoon of fun, food, and family time!

> Play a round of mini golf
> Race your friends on the go-karts
> Enjoy free hot dogs, drinks, cake, and ice cream
> Enter for door prizes and bring canned goods for our raffle benefiting Martha’s Mission!

Only 5 days away from Community Unity Night Out!

Join us this Sunday, October 18th, from 2–6 PM for an afternoon of fun with family, friends, and our Indian Beach community!

We’ll have free hot dogs, drinks, cake and ice cream, music, a round of mini golf, a go-kart race, and door prizes!

Don’t forget to bring canned goods and nonperishable food items for your chance to enter a drawing benefiting Martha’s Mission.

Beach driving in Indian Beach is temporarily suspended due to weather conditions over the weekend.

This suspension applies to ALL drivers, including Town residents who have received a beach driving permit. Permits do not authorize beach driving while the suspension is in effect.

We appreciate your patience and cooperation as we continue to prioritize everyone's safety. Updates will be provided as conditions change.

Due to the upcoming weather and storms, Community Unity Night has been rescheduled!

Beach driving has officially resumed in Indian Beach!

Please remember:
• 4x4 vehicles ONLY
• Permit sticker must be visible on your vehicle
• Need a permit? Call IBPD: 252-241-8595

‼️BEACH DRIVING UPDATE‼️

Beach driving in Indian Beach remains temporarily suspended due to continued shelving on the beach. Current beach conditions are still not safe for vehicle access.

A reminder to all residents and beach drivers who have received a beach driving permit for this year: The permit does not provide permission to access or drive on the beach while the suspension is in effect.
Please do not attempt to drive on the beach until the suspension has been lifted and an official update has been provided by the Town.

We appreciate everyone’s cooperation and patience as we continue to monitor beach conditions and work to ensure safe access.

As of today, beach driving in Indian Beach remains temporarily suspended due to beach shelving caused by recent inclement weather and the most recent king tide.

The Town continues to monitor beach conditions and will provide updates as they become available. We appreciate your patience and understanding as we work to ensure safe beach access.
