🎃 VENDORS WANTED: Spooktacular Trunk or Treat! 🎃
Looking to promote your business, organization, or cause to the community? Town of Indian Trail Parks & Rec events are the perfect place! Our family-friendly events draw huge crowds, giving your group incredible exposure.
To ensure success for everyone, we limit "like" vendors at each event. Duplicate registrations will receive a credit or refund.
📅 Event Details:
Date: Friday, October 23, 2026
Location: Chestnut Square Park
Event Time: 6:00 PM – 9:00 PM (Vendor setup starts at 4:00 PM)
Expected Crowd: Over 5,000 attendees!
📋 Key Vendor Guidelines:
Setup: Limited to your vehicle and parking space (no assigned spots—arrive together to park together!).
Decorations & Supplies: Keep it family-friendly, and bring plenty of candy for 5,000+ trick-or-treaters. Early departure is not permitted due to crowd safety.
Promotions: Pamphlets and flyers are welcome at your space, but no direct sales, order-taking, fundraising, or electricity provided.
Grounds: No smoking, va**ng, or drinking on Town property.
