Join the 38th Infantry Division Band, your premier military band from Indianapolis, IN, at Bundy Auditorium in New Castle High School for a full show featuring our Concert Band, Jazz Big Band, Rock Band, and Brass Quintet. There’s music for everyone - song selections from Wicked and Coco, Classic Rock, 20’s-60’s Jazz Big Band, and much more!

🇺🇸 🎶 Bow tie Jazz Combo mission this evening playing for a cocktail hour and dinner for an event with Army officers and leaders from across the USA, including The Adjutant General of the Indiana National Guard and many other top brass from many places. 🇺🇸

For 389 years The National Guard has answered the call at home and abroad. Today we celebrate their legacy of service and sacrifice.

Join us in honoring the Guard on its birthday.

Five Soldiers from the 38th Infantry Division Band traveled to Washington D.C. to join in the 41st running of the Army Ten Miler:

SGT Mark Walton
SGT Barak Strahan
SGT Grace Ishikawa
SPC Fernanda Gilbertsen

In addition to being outstanding musicians, these Soldiers demonstrate their commitment to physical readiness by taking on challenges and maintaining high levels of physical fitness.

Our fastest male was SGT Walton, who finished in 1:26:21 and SPC Gilbertsen finished in 1:27:15.

Soldier Spotlight ⭐️

Congratulations to SPC Alejandro Reyna, the newest member of the 38th Infantry Division Band! He just graduated from Advanced Individual Training (AIT) at the U.S. Army School of Music on August 28, 2025. SPC Reyna is a vocalist.

We look forward to getting to know you more and see how you grow with the unit.
