Support our neighbors! Kennedy King Park hosts its 58th Annual Commemorative Ceremony Saturday, April 4. This year is very special, with the reopening of the park in large part due to a $6 million investment by Indy Parks and sponsorship by The Indianapolis Foundation. This investment added outdoor exhibits and other enhancements.

FREE and open to the public activities will be happening all day. Refer to link below for the event's schedule. See you there!

Commemoration Event — Kennedy King Memorial Initiative Explore the indoor exhibits that trace not only the events of April 4 but also the broader story of Indianapolis during the civil rights era. These galleries highlight powerful local narratives and illuminate the impact of that moment in history on the city’s African American community.

An ONS neighbor had their car stolen from their garage early this morning. They went through several yards through the alley, checking gates, etc. We saw this on camera footage. Please close and lock gates and doors if possible and look out for each other. If you notice anything out of the ordinary, let neighbors know. Thank you.

-🚪Enter on Delaware Street, at the door north of the theatre entrance. Especially with kids and/or 🐶dogs, bypass the 🍻bar area by immediately turning right, then left, then VOILA!

-🎅SANTA 🎅will be there posing for photos, you can still write a letter to Santa, and you can buy some 🍪treats from 4 Birds Bakery or limited ONS merch.

-Set out your luminaries in front of your home at 5:00.

Morris Butler House will be open during the winter walk. Please stop in! Hot cider and restrooms available! Indiana Landmarks Center is hosting First Friday from 6:00p.m. - 9:00 p.m. All are welcome!
