Girls on the Run is a program that educates and empowers girls at an early age. We teach life skills through dynamic,
interactive lessons and running games.
Over the course of 10-12 weeks girls in 3rd through 8th grade participate in an after-school program called GOTR. This program empowers and inspires young woman to define their own lives on their own terms.
