Looking for a personal trainer? Our trainer, AJ, has worked with and is equipped in training with injuries to provide rehab, to work toward weight loss, muscle gain, etc. He will work with individuals, couples, and groups to achieve fitness goals. This program offers nutritional advice as well as dieting options.

One 30 minute session is $25
One hour session with one person is $40
Two 30 minute sessions a week is $40
Three 30 minute package is $55
