You may be surprised to know that fire is not the biggest danger a firefighter faces. Firefighters love it when an RSU pulls up.
Heart attacks and heat strokes are what bring more firefighters down, which are brought on by the conditions they work in. That is why it is really important that they stay hydrated and nourished while on scene. Our members will be serving Pancakes, Suasage, Eggs and fruit to the on duty crew.

Fundraising brings possibilities out of generosity….
Tomorrow morning is the day! Don’t forget to drop by the old Fire Engine house 12 for a stack of pancakes for breakfast. Explore our station, mingle with members and crews, see our vehicles and learn more about our support for Fire, Police and EMS. Your donation of just $10 per adult/$5 per child goes directly to supporting those who protect us.
COME SHOW YOUR SUPPORT. Alone we can do so little, but together we can do so much.
Join us this Sunday, Aug 20th from 9:30-11:30am and enjoy a stack of pancakes, bacon, sausage and fruit with a choice of orange juice or morning coffee. Fundraiser proceeds go directly towards equipment and accessories the Rehab Support Division utilizes in taking care of those who take care of us.
