Integrated Recovery Support Services is committed to offering training programs that bolster the peer movement. These programs enable coaches to consistently hone their skills in active listening, effective questioning, and self-management. The availability of roles for Recovery Coaches has evolved; traditionally found in local recovery community centers, there is now an increasing demand for adept coaches in various professional environments, including hospitals, treatment centers, police departments, and judicial systems.

TRAINING PARTICIPANTS WILL: Earn 12 CE credits and will be equipped to:

- Define professionalism within the context of recovery coaching.
- Explore and cultivate the attributes that constitute a professional demeanor.
- Recognize their individual responsibilities as recovery coaches.
- Grasp the significance of adhering to their specific role, especially within large systems such as hospitals or the judicial system.
- Reassess the functions of a recovery coach to ensure proper boundary setting in professional contexts.
- Engage in exercises to apply and showcase their refined skills.
