The 2026 Murph Challenge! To honor Navy Lieutenant Michael Murphy, who was killed in action in Afghanistan on June 28th, 2005, this grueling fitness routine was one of Lt. Murphy's favorite workouts. It consists of a 1-mile run, 100 pull-ups, 200 push-ups, 300 air squats, and a final 1-mile run.
