🗓️We look forward to seeing K-12 students back in school on Monday, March 23 for a 4-day school week (Friday, March 27 is a teacher development day and school won’t be in session).

🤖🦁Pics of our KICP Pride Bots club from last weekend’s Vex Robotics Invitational! We are so proud of the team for their persistence and ingenuity.

💚This time last year, we didn’t have a single completed robot. Now, our KIPPsters built and programmed two robots; advancing to the finals and finishing 6th out of 25 teams!!🚀

🦁👨🏾‍🎓🚀As we enter Spring College Decision, we’re thrilled to celebrate senior Avyion Grant’s Early Decision match with ! Not only did Avyion earn his place in the Early Decision cohort, but he secured the highly selective National Match Scholarship with a full four-year scholarship.🌟

Competing with 7,000 finalists nationally, Avyion is one of 2,550 awardees matched with a QuestBridge college partner. We’re immensely proud of Avyion’s accomplishment and the KIPP Forward team supporting these opportunities for our KIPPsters!💙📚📈

🦁🖤✊🏿What a privilege to see how much talent and excellence we have across our Team & Family! As always, last Friday’s Unite Black History Month Concert was truly one of the highlights of our school year. Whether it was our K-8 KIPPsters or our amazing staff, everyone showed up with energy and dedication to make it a magical morning celebrating Black history.🎤

⚫️🤴🏿👸🏾Our Black History Month celebrations continue daily across K-12, including last Friday’s Kings & Queens day at K-2! Unite KIPPsters decorated their own crowns, and our team rolled out the red carpet to remind them that they are special, loved, and royal.💜👑✨

We celebrate Black history and excellence year round at KIPP Indy, but February is always a special time to honor and reflect on those who came before us (and those currently writing the next chapters)💪🏿.
