Eligibility:
To receive supportive services under this program, you must:
1) Be a Veteran, or the member of a family in which the head of household, or the spouse of the head of household is a Veteran.
2) Meet income eligibility requirements: Your household annual income cannot exceed 50% of the area median income (AMI).
3) Be homeless or at imminent risk of becoming homeless. What is the definition of a Veteran under the SSVF program? A person who served in the active military, naval, or air service, and who was discharged or released under conditions other than dishonorable. SSVF staff are available to make community presentations and can make arrangements to meet with SSVF applicants at other locations when necessary.
