IDOC Re-Entry Parole District

The Parole District #1 Office is closed today in remembrance of Dr. Martin Luther King Jr. Day. The PD1 staff hope everyone has a safe day while remembering turning points in our Civil Rights History. The office will reopen Tuesday, January 20, 2026. Stay warm everyone.

We’re getting ready for Santa over at PD1. We hope everyone has a joyous and safe Holiday Season.

The Parole District #1 Office is collecting socks for it’s annual Socks in a Box campaign. We are collecting socks for elementary and middle school aged children. These donations will benefit the children attending school at Lee Wallace Elementary School. Donations can be made until December 9, 2025.

The PD1 Office is closed today in honor of all of those who served our country with distinction. Thank you to our office staff who served our country and continue to serve their communities in civilian life. Happy Veterans Day!🇺🇸

On behalf of the Parole District #1 Office, we would like to wish everyone a safe and Happy Halloween. 🎃 Parole Agents throughout the state will be conducting home visits on our SOMM population to ensure public safety is adhered to during the evening’s festivities. Be safe everyone. 🎃

This week Parole Agents participated in a SVOR Compliance Sweep coordinated by the Boone County Sheriff’s Office. The Sweep was a multi-agency collaboration to ensure that those under supervision requirements were in compliance. Thank you to everyone at the Boone County Sheriff’s Office, Case Task Force, and ESD K-9 Unit for a successful Operation.

Happy Retirement to Agent Stilwell from the Parole District #7 Office. Here’s hoping that retirement is an amazing journey. Special thanks to the ladies at IWP for this beautiful quilt that was presented to SPA Stilwell at her retirement celebration. Looks like she likes it. ☺️

Earlier this week Agent Seese was presented with a $2,500 School Supply Scholarship for her son from the Correctional Professionals Assistance Foundation of Indiana. The CPAFI awards numerous scholarships during the year to assist IDOC staff and their family members with expenses of furthering their education. Congratulations to the Seese family. This is well deserved.
