Young Families of Indiana Network, Future Promises serves pregnant and parenting teens in Marion County schools.

Case managers provide group education, one on one case management, and support. The Future Promises Program aims to improve the life course of pregnant and parenting teens through school-based health education and comprehensive case management services.
