People over profits. Every single time.

RCS Co-Founder Justin McKay recently sat down with Naji Gehchan on the Spread Love in Organizations podcast, and the conversation was one we're proud to share.

Justin opened up about growing up in rural Indiana, raised by a single mother who instilled in him the values of service, humility, and generosity. Those lessons didn't just shape who he is, they shaped the culture we've intentionally built at RadCare Services.

Servant leadership. Caring for one another. Bringing humanity back into the workplace. That's not just something we talk about. It's how we operate.

If you believe businesses thrive when people feel valued, seen, and loved...this episode is for you.

PSQH: The Podcast Episode 159 โ€“ How Lead Aprons Are an Unexpected Source of Infection - Patient Safety & Quality Healthcare 05/22/2026

Your OR has a sterile field. Sterile instruments. Sterile drapes.

And then there's the lead apron...worn by 10 different people, draped over chairs, stored on the floor, and almost never cleaned.

RCS co-founder Justin McKay joined PSQH: The Podcast this week (Episode 159) to talk about why X-ray garments are one of the most overlooked sources of healthcare-associated infections, and what facilities can do about it.

RCS Co-Founder Justin McKay recently appeared on the Unstable Vitals podcast and took listeners back to the moment that changed everything.

A personal experience with ringworm that made it impossible to ignore the gaps in hospital infection control and compliance standards.

The lead aprons in your facility may be harboring biofilm...and your team may not even know it.

Biofilm forms when bacteria attach to a surface and build a protective layer. It's harder to remove, more resistant to standard cleaners, and can survive for extended periods on porous materials.

Lead aprons check every box for biofilm risk: high-contact, multi-user, rarely cleaned on a defined schedule.

The science is there.
The solution is here.

We help facilities close that gap with proper cleaning procedures, inventory management, and compliance tracking built for radiology and OR environments.

New shoes for a new chapter. ๐Ÿ‘Ÿ

We had the privilege of partnering with New Shoe Day at Elevate Indy's graduation celebration, handing out sneakers to seniors stepping into the next phase of their lives.

141 graduates. 190 community connections made. 130 college visits. 62 certifications earned.

These aren't just numbers, they're proof of what happens when a community shows up for its young people.

Elevate Indy has been doing the hard, quiet work of opening doors for underserved youth in Indianapolis, and it was an honor to stand alongside them (and New Shoe Day) at the finish line.

Congratulations to every senior crossing that stage.
We're rooting for you. ๐ŸŽ“

Yesterday, our RCS team got to be part of something truly special. ๐Ÿ‘Ÿ

We partnered with New Shoe Day to pack brand-new shoes into custom hand-drawn boxes, each one a small work of art headed to a kid who needs it most.

At RCS, radical generosity is more than a phrase we put on a wall. It's a commitment to give more than what's expected, with more heart than what's required. Yesterday that meant showing up not just to donate, but to create an experience. To make a child feel seen before they even open the box.

It's easy to underestimate what a pair of shoes means. But for so many children across Indiana, proper footwear is the difference between showing up to school with confidence or sitting on the sidelines. New Shoe Day is working to end shoe insecurity one pair at a time, and we were proud to play a small role in that mission.

A huge thank you to the New Shoe Day team for organizing such a meaningful and joyful experience.
