We are pleased to announce that U.S. Department of Housing and Urban Development (HUD) appointed Chief Deputy Executive Director Marcia Lewis to the Housing Counseling Federal Advisory Committee. This is a prestigious position with only eight people in the country serving. In this role, Marcia will advise on the creation of rules and programs that promote homeownership. Congrats Marcia! It's an honor to have one of our own as a member!

FYI: Saturday 10am-2pm, National Drug Take Back Day. This is a chance to get rid of expired or unwanted medications around the house.

-You do NOT have to be an IHA program participant
-You do NOT have to be a first time home buyer
-You do NOT have to be low income (individuals or households can earn up to $114,240 annually)
-Purchase price can be up to $450,000
