This new Valley Model 7000 is ready to go to work—just waiting for the beans to come off! 🌱➡️💧

Once the field is cleared, we’ll get it installed and ready for next season. This machine is also a first for us: our first Valley pivot equipped with Machine Diagnostics through AgSense 365.

Machine Diagnostics takes remote pivot management another step further by monitoring key components and alerting you when an issue occurs. Instead of walking the pivot trying to find the problem, it can help pinpoint what went wrong and where it happened.

With Machine Diagnostics, growers can:
• Know which tower is out of alignment before arriving at the pivot
• Monitor tire pressure at each tower
• Track individual drivetrain runtime for maintenance intervals
• Identify issues with alignment, tires, motors, gearboxes, and water application
• See the location of the fault on the pivot to help eliminate guesswork when troubleshooting

It’s another tool designed to reduce downtime, simplify troubleshooting, and keep the water moving when it matters most.

We’re looking forward to getting this 7000 standing in the field and seeing Machine Diagnostics in action!
