🚨 Ready to make a difference at the pool? Become a certified lifeguard!

Being a lifeguard is about more than watching the water. 💦 Learn water rescue techniques, CPR, first aid and AED skills that help you keep swimmers safe and respond when it matters most.

Our Lifeguard Certification Course will prepare you with the skills and confidence to help protect our community while building experience you can use on and off the job.

👤 Ages 15+

Participants must meet swim prerequisites and complete online coursework before in-person training begins. Successful participants earn an American Red Cross Lifeguarding/First Aid/CPR/AED certification valid for two years.

Looking for a new winter activity for your child? Our Lacrosse Fundamentals class is a great opportunity for kids to learn a new sport, build skills and have fun in a positive environment! Open to kids of all skill levels, with sticks provided if needed.

Today, we’re celebrating the hardworking farmers who help bring fresh, local goodness to our tables! We’re lucky to have the opportunity to support local growers and small businesses right here at the St. Paul Farmers' Market, held in the VMCC parking lot.

From fresh-picked produce and beautiful flowers to homemade jams, salsa, baked goods and handcrafted finds, there’s always something worth discovering on a Sunday morning!

🍂 Only two markets left this season! Stop by soon to shop local, support our farmers and vendors, and pick up your favorite fall goodies before the season wraps up.
