We're so proud of Fristers mom, Lupita! 💛

Lupita is the mother of two young daughters and has worked hard to overcome domestic violence, homelessness, and seasons of instability. With determination and the support she needed along the way, she never stopped pursuing a better future for her family.

This May, she celebrated a major milestone by earning her high school diploma and sharing her story as a featured speaker at graduation.

Now she's looking ahead to Dental Assistant training, college classes, and the next chapter she's worked so hard to create for herself and her daughters.

In 2025, 96% of moms at Fristers reported feeling more confident overcoming challenges.

That kind of growth happens when young mothers have compassionate people in their corner who believe in them, encourage them, and walk with them through life’s challenges.

Today, we pause to honor and remember the courageous men and women who made the ultimate sacrifice while serving our country. 🤍

Our regular program year may have ended, but the learning continues for our children! ☀️📚

The summer learning boxes we provide help keep children engaged throughout the summer with activities and hands-on materials that support early learning at home.

We’re so grateful to our Children’s Program Manager, Chrissy, for putting these together with such care.

Last week, we celebrated an important milestone as our Fristers graduates crossed the stage surrounded by their children, peers, mentors, and community. 🎓

It was a beautiful evening honoring the hard work, resilience, and growth of these young mothers as they continue building strong, stable futures for themselves and their children. 💛
