On this Memorial Day, we recognize and honor those who made the ultimate sacrifice to protect our freedom and democracy. 🇺🇸

We had such a fun time with friends and family at the Angels Taiwanese Heritage game last night! The Taiwanese community has been a substantial part of Irvine's diverse population, and I will continue to proudly represent my birth place on the dais!

Congratulations to the 42,000 University of California service and patient care workers represented by AFSCME 3299! These frontline workers keep the UC healthcare running everyday and provide quality patient care. We stand with these unsung heroes and celebrate their victory on a fair contract!

When Orange County has become increasing unaffordable, it is imperative for workers to be paid fairly for their hard work, treated with dignity and respect, and free to exercise their legal rights to organize.

We stood with our union brothers and sisters in solidarity today to support the workers at Mother's Market in Irvine. It's time to give those who have dedicated their service to keep the community store running the fair wage, consistent schedule, and safe work place that they deserve!
