The South County Management Society Is chapter of the worldwide BYU Management Society. The chapter holds a monthly breakfast meeting at the Bell Tower Regional Community Center in Rancho Santa Margarita but has regular members who travel from all areas of Orange County. The chapter also holds an annual "Performance Breakthrough Conference," on the 1st Thursday night in November of each year.
