Ardmore also removed the prosecutor from the court room. they fixed it after i complained a year or so ago by abiding by oklahoma law and making the city attorneys the prosecutor.

but....the city did not vacate all the rulings made by that corrupt court. so the job of correcting this court was not done completely.

ARDMORE, Okla. (KXII) - Ardmore Police Chief David Houser has resigned.

City officials confirm Houser has verbally resigned from his position.

Officials told KXII 12 that City Manager Shawn Geurin was informed of Houser’s intent to resign on Friday, Oct. 2.

A letter of resignation has not been submitted, but Houser plans to leave his post on November 1.

Houser was sworn in as the city’s police chief in October of 2024, after having served as the interim chief since January of that year.

Before that, Houser had served as the chief of the Durant Police Department before retiring from the department in 2022 after 31 years.
