While out doing field inspections (vacancy checks) the first two photos is what I expected to see. I got that in addition to the second two photos. Homes are being added everyday to already existing land. They're not making more land so buy some.

Remember your why!

Remembering why you start something is vital in finishing it. I know in the age of technology its become so easy to jump into something because influencers make it look shiny and new and exciting. Oh and tell you all the money you can make. Trust me Ive fallen into that trap too. This is why its important to remember your why.

Creating a plan and consistently working the plan is what generates results.

Personally I believe in a good quarterly vision board broken down into months. I find this helps me navigate the year with LESS chaos and more focus.
