This morning at the Superintendent’s Convocation Address. Superintendent Jose L. Parra, Ed.D. provided an outlook for 2017-2018 and shared a motivational message to kick-off the academic year.

Benefits Open Enrollment for 2017-2018
Open enrollment is your opportunity to review your benefits coverage and make choices for the upcoming plan year. Therefore, it is important that you read and understand all of the offerings. All employees should visit mybenefitshub.com/irvingisd to review your current benefit elections.

Open enrollment begins July 19, 2017 and ends August 18, 2017 for coverage effective September 1, 2017.

Important things to note:
• All login information has been reset for the open enrollment process. Please review the instructions found on the login page.
• If you are declining the District offered healthcare coverage for this plan year, you MUST complete the annually required Health Insurance waiver by logging into mybenefitshub.com/irvingisd and completing the declination process.
• If you are currently enrolled and do not wish to make changes, no action is required.
• Remember, employee benefit options vary depending on eligibility.
• Changes cannot be made after open enrollment closes.
