Congratulations to the entire Glass America team on their re-grand opening in Holbrook!

It was a pleasure to have representatives, Rich and Alycia from our office, attend the ribbon cutting on my behalf and celebrate this exciting new chapter with such a wonderful group of people.

After experiencing a fire that displaced their business, it was especially great to see the team back in their space and moving forward with such a positive attitude. They were such a welcoming, down-to-earth group, and their warmth, resilience, and enthusiasm really stood out.

Wishing Glass America continued success and many more great years here in the Holbrook community! Congratulations! 🇺🇸

What a great evening at MacArthur Airport for the MacArthur Business Alliance’s (MBA) big reveal of the airport’s Economic Impact Study!

The turnout was incredible, and it was wonderful to see so many local business leaders, community members, and partners come together to celebrate what this study means for the future of our region.

This study highlights the tremendous potential ahead for MacArthur Airport and our local economy. Economic growth means new opportunities, new businesses, and good jobs for our community—and hopefully for our kids and grandkids for generations to come.

There is a lot to be excited about, and I’m looking forward to being part of what comes next!

I was proud to join Seatuck Environmental Association for the grand opening of the new Coastal Restoration & Innovation Center in West Sayville! 🌊🦪

This exciting new facility will serve as a hub for coastal restoration, research, education, and conservation efforts throughout Long Island. From supporting healthy waterways and oyster restoration to protecting our local wildlife and habitats, Seatuck is doing important work to preserve the natural resources that make our South Shore so special.

Congratulations to the entire Seatuck team on this exciting new chapter. I look forward to seeing all the great work that comes out of this new center!

Last night at the Town Board meeting, we were proud to honor Matt Rivera as our Hispanic Heritage Month honoree.

A lifelong Long Islander and successful local entrepreneur, Matt has built businesses grounded in safety, teamwork, and responsibility. Through his work with MJM Ultimate Home Inspections and Advanced Utility Solutions, he has created opportunities and supported countless local businesses and organizations.

Most importantly, Matt has always believed in giving back. From supporting local schools, charities, nonprofits, and community events to mentoring young entrepreneurs, his commitment to our community is truly something to celebrate.

Great afternoon at Meadow Croft Estate in Sayville celebrating the 125th Anniversary of Theodore Roosevelt’s Presidency! 🇺🇸
It was wonderful touring the historical estate—which belonged to TR’s cousin, John Ellis Roosevelt—and taking in local Long Island history. A big thank you to Richie Lutz, from our office, for stopping by to support the commemoration and our local community heritage!

Today, on the anniversary of September 11th, we pause to honor and remember the innocent lives lost and the incredible heroism shown 25 years ago.
We will never forget the brave first responders, civilian heroes, and service members who risked everything. Our hearts remain with the families who lost loved ones, and we continue to stand united as a community. 🇺🇸

It was a wonderful opportunity for our office to visit AMVETS in Bay Shore and meet the amazing people behind Slice of Charity, an organization doing great work to give back to our veterans by providing hot, homemade meals.
