Yesterday Dep. Greene was invited to speak to the “Little Palms” at Oasis Church. He showed off our equipment and they got to see and explore our police car 🚔

They were also able to get all their questions answered about being a police officer! Thank you Oasis Church for having us!

🏥 Last evening Sheriff Clark and members of the Sheriff’s Office attended the Health and Safety Fair in Alma 🫆

Our table was joined by members of the St Louis Police Department, and the Department of Natural Resources! 🎣

This community event was aimed at providing information to those in our community about different health and safety resources available to them and providing easier access to them!

During the event Dep. Bouck demonstrated the public safety benefits of our Drone program, and K9 Maverick showed his prowess as a locating tool for our county 🐾

It ended with a simulated vehicle crash scenario which showed how all the county’s public safety services (Dispatch, Police, Fire and EMS) all work together to provide for the health of safety of our great county 💥

Join us for an afternoon of family fun at the Health & Safety Fair on Thursday, July 30, from 4 to 6:30 p.m. at Wright Park (520 Park Avenue, Alma)!

Bring the whole family to enjoy:

🎯 Interactive games and activities
🍔 Yummy food

🚒 Health and safety information from local organizations

This free community event is a great opportunity to learn about health and safety resources while enjoying an evening at the park with family and friends.

We look forward to seeing you there!

We have been made aware of a scam dealing with a house for sale at 4390 W. Seaman Rd. Alma. Aaron Bryan is posting this house on multiple sites saying that it is for rent. Subject is collecting money from people before letting them go and see the house. The Subject once paid and papers are filled out is blocking the individuals. He is using a fictitious phone number as well, 448-204-6245. If you have been scammed, please contact Central Dispatch, 989-875-7505, and report it. Thank you.
