Mississippi Creative Economy Your first stop for learning about & engaging with Mississippi’s Creative Economy: entrepreneurial and innovative individuals, enterprises & communities.

The Bureau of Creative Economy & Culture at Visit Mississippi is the first stop for all stakeholders invested in or intrigued by Mississippi’s Creative Economy. We facilitate continuous and transparent dialogue, in-person or virtual, regarding the needs and state of Mississippi’s creative sector. We create new connections and foster collaborative relationships between members of our state’s creative economy and traditional economic development to encourage cross-collaboration and a holistic approach to improving the lives of Mississippians. In addition to offering a platform for greater visibility for Mississippi’s creative businesses and entrepreneurs, we aim to serve as a channel for creative professional development, business resources and entrepreneurial training. Lastly, we are dedicated to continuously demonstrating through up-to-date evidence and data of the creative sector’s significance to the state’s overall economic growth and well-being.
