Happy Bosses Day!!
Theresa Love has worked with the Mississippi Agriculture & Forestry Museum for over 20 years. She has a deep passion for education, history, community, faith, and family. She has led the Ag Museum team as Executive Director for over 3 years with these guiding principles in mind. Mrs. Love is more than a boss, she is a leader, mentor, friend, and confidant to her staff. She encourages each staff member to explore their own creativity and use this to grow both personally and professionally. Her devotion to the mission of the MS Ag Museum is evident in her day-to-day interactions with colleagues, visitors, volunteers, and demonstrators. Her desire for the museum is to provide a space for history to be brought to life in a tangible way and to provide a rich environment for families and generations to connect on a deeper level.
The Ag Museum Staff would like to express our sincere appreciation to Mrs. Love for her dedication, support, encouragement, and leadership. Mrs. Love, you help bring out the best in each of us!

What a way to enjoy the fall season at the Mississippi Agriculture & Forestry Museum. Pumpkin Adventure at the AG Museum is shaping up to be a record year and next weeks cooler weather should bring tons of groups and families. October 24th is the last Family Day, so mark your calendars.

Today kicks off our second week of 2026 Pumpkin Adventure at the Mississippi Agriculture & Forestry Museum. We will have many groups during the week and Saturday will be Family Day with the extend hours until 3 PM.

Highlights of the first week of 2026 Pumpkin Adventure at the AG!

UPDATED VOLUNTEER SLOT!!
The first week of Pumpkin Adventure at the AG was a huge success and we are getting ready for this week on October 14th-17th.

With so many field trips and visitors enjoying Pumpkin Adventure at the AG, we’ve added an additional volunteer spot to help ensure safety at the Small Town Wagon Crossing. This is a great spot to see all the fun things going on throughout the event and help keep our visitors safe. Please follow the link to sign up! https://tinyurl.com/76mdfkc9

Volunteering at Pumpkin Adventure is a great opportunity for civic groups, scouting troops, beta clubs, students needing community service hours, and even church groups looking to give back. Our volunteers help to reset games, oversee the corn pit, answer phones, assist guests on the hayride trailers, and many other activities.

The Mississippi Agriculture and Forestry Museum has launched its annual Pumpkin Adventure, featuring hayrides, a corn pit, and nostalgic activities for families through October 24.

OPPORTUNITY - PUMPKIN ADVENTURE AT THE AG!
Pumpkin Adventure at the AG is a wonderful opportunity for giving back to the community and making events like this happen. We invite you to be part of the behind-the-scenes activity as a volunteer. This is a great opportunity for civic groups, scouting troops, beta clubs, students needing community service hours, and even church groups looking to give back. Our volunteers help to reset games, oversee the corn pit, answer phones, assist guests on the hayride trailers, and many other activities.
The Mississippi Agriculture & Forestry Museum Annual Pumpkin Adventure at the AG opens tomorrow, October 6th and runs through the 24th, on Wed - Sat, with extended hours on Saturday for family day. There are lots of exciting activities for the whole family.
