💙 Giving from your IRA this year? Don’t wait until Amador Giving Tuesday!

If you’re age 70½ or older, you may be able to make a Qualified Charitable Distribution (QCD) directly from your IRA to support your favorite local nonprofits through Amador Giving Tuesday.

If you plan to use your RMD, IRA, donor-advised fund, or other charitable account, now is the time to start the process!

It’s as easy as:

1️⃣ REQUEST IT
Contact your IRA custodian or charitable account provider and request your charitable gift.

2️⃣ MAKE YOUR LIST
Choose the participating nonprofits you want to support through GiveAmador.org.

3️⃣ CALL US
Give the Amador Community Foundation a call with your donation list so we know exactly where you want your gift directed for Giving Tuesday.

October Grant Opportunity!
Jackson Rancheria employees are investing in local youth sports—supporting equipment purchases, new program development, improved accessibility, and enhanced safety for young athletes.

Last year, thanks to the generosity of our community, we raised $100,000 in Matching & Incentive Funds for Amador Giving Tuesday. This year, we’re looking for generous sponsors to help us grow that fund and give our local nonprofits and donors an extra boost on our biggest day of giving!
